Dr. Hendrik Eddy Purnomo
Founder & Principal

Dr. Hendrik Eddy Purnomo is a licensed Indonesian advocate and the Founder & Principal of SDS Legal, an independent law firm based in Jakarta. With more than 30 years of experience in the Indonesian legal profession, his practice encompasses corporate, regulatory, land, construction, immigration, and dispute-related matters. He also serves as an Associate Professor of Law at President University and holds a PhD in Law.

Stefani Widyastuti
Managing Counsel

Stefani Widyastuti serves as Managing Counsel at SDS Legal, working with clients across the firm’s corporate, regulatory, property and dispute-related matters. She assists in developing practical legal strategies and coordinating matters to help clients navigate Indonesian legal and regulatory requirements.

Abraham Octavianus
Associate
